  1. My deepest sympathy to the family/friends for such a great lost to Music Industry, I have admired the Musical Legacy of Bishop Hawkins and his entire family since being a child. A memorable yet apporpriate song to summarize such a life would be ” I’m Going Away”, sung by Bishop Hawkins himself .As we Praise God for his Life, Talent and Legacy rest assured that he is now in the arms of the Lord.

  2. I indeed will miss Bishop Walter Hawkins. His music has inspired since I was a young child. And today I still lead “Changed”. In my local church choir. His songs are timeless, and phenomonal! My prayers and sympathy go out to his family. Thank you Bishop! I will see you “Up Yonder”.
