Point of Sale Announces Free Ebook
Pointofsale.com, an online news magazine for the retail and point of sale industry, announced today that it will be publishing a free eBook, How to Computerize Your Business. The book represents another free resource from pointofsale.com. It will cover all aspects of the computerization process, including: the benefits of computerization for retailers and services businesses, CRM; how to use the system to strengthen the customer relationship and improve the customer experience, the who, what, why and how of training your staff, a point of sale (POS) software checklist to determine your needs based upon your goals, and how to use your business computer to increase revenue.
A new chapter of How to Computerize Your Business will be published weekly, readers can subscribe to the book on the website www.pointofsale.com. The first chapter, “Why Computerize Your Business” was published recently.
The book contains detailed examples of complete POS systems including SaaS POS software applications.
The book’s author, Mr. Craig Aberle, President of Ebiz Corp, started a point of sale software company in 1985. He is an industry veteran who served on the front lines as owner of MicroBiz Corp. a point-of-sale software company that helped thousands of business owners computerize their businesses. Mr. Aberle was an author of How to Computerize Your Small Business (John Wiley and Sons, 1995).
